Easy Recipe: Paleo Porridge


An easy hot "cereal" type breakfast which makes a nice change from eggs.




Serves 1
Ingredients
1/2 cup of milled flaxseed and ground nuts mixture (I used a Linwoods one which also contained ground walnuts and almonds )
2 tbsp coconut flour
1 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Mix all dry ingredients in a pot.
Add coconut milk and stir until thickening and heated through.
Add extra milk if too thick, extra flour if too thin.

Serve immediately, add berries or honey to taste.
